when if not now to strategically manage your corporate affairs in Central Europe?
Over the recent years we have advised multinationals engaged in a wide range of services (e.g. telecommunications, media, technology, finance, energy) on a broad spectrum of issues (e.g. M&A, regulatory compliance, strategic public affairs, crisis management, industry & government relations, dispute resolution, stakeholder management). If it's a regulatory, public affairs, legal, data protection & privacy, or public policy, internal or external communications issue: WHINNS can deliver.
We are a group of corporate affairs and human relations professionals assessing issues just as they arise and unfold - with adequate attention given to aspects of not only the relevant factual fields of professional expertise but also the human factor, as the latter affects our clients internally, and determines their room to manoeuvre externally, in their theatres of operation and impact.
We believe that the bundle of human relations services (e.g. organisation development, executive coaching, recruitment), on the one hand, and traditional corporate affairs services (legal, regulatory, public policy, data protection & privacy, as well as internal and external communications) provided by WHINNS, on the other hand, in a result oriented and sustainable way, is currently unparalleled in the Central European market.

We are ready to carefully chose the best legal or regulatory professional and/or law firm, assess any offer on providing related services, run the procurement process if need be, supervise delivery, safeguard performance, run due diligence projects, or even provide you with a second legal opinion.
REPUTATION
Be it a rapidly developing business, a legal team, regulatory department, compliance division, or corporate affairs hub, sustainable leadership will require you to manage your reputation vis-a-vis internal clients and other constituencies:

GDPR
We believe that data protection and privacy are strategic tools and do not even consider them a regulatory burden:
when if not now to secure your position via the GDPR?
The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) replaces the Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC and was designed to harmonize data privacy laws across Europe.
Arguably the biggest change to the regulatory landscape of data privacy comes with the extended jurisdiction of the GDPR, as it applies to all companies processing the personal data of data subjects residing in the Union, regardless of the company’s location.
Under GDPR organizations in breach of GDPR can be fined up to 4% of annual global turnover or €20 Million (whichever is greater).
You may find an overview of the main changes under GPDR and how they differ from the previous directive here: https://www.eugdpr.org/key-changes.html.
We are happy to advise you how to implement and comply with the regulation, as well on how to build competitive momentum from what has been considered a regulatory nightmare.
