INTRODUCING WHINNS
WHINNS is a consultancy founded to help international business to flourish in Central Europe and through our international recruitment and headhunting business line also to facilitate the transfer of knowledge and flow of talent.
Our approach is pragmatic, strategic and holistic.
Our team is headquartered in Budapest and is flexibly supplemented from time to time according to the needs of the assignment. We work with market leading legal, public policy, financial, communications and human resources professionals.
In order to service our clients' needs in Central Europe and beyond, WHINNS has partners in the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Brussels.
We add applied humanities to corporate affairs, meanwhile our goal is to remain simple, focused and highly cost-effective: the idea of WHINNS was born practically in the air while on the go, thus we understand that your issue is important and you want to have it resolved now - this is exactly why we created
when if not now strategies.

OUR HUMAN AFFAIRS VISION
Every athlete is in the need of a coach: an expert who is an objective observer and who is familiar with all the tools, rules, and methods to discover hidden resources, real motivations, and drive competency development to achieve great performance.
Great achievers in business can apply the same strategy to improving their own performance and that of their peers and employees.
We have learned over the years that in the organisational triad of equipment, processes, and people, it is the people – the human capital – of an organisation that represent the most challenging, and yet most promising resource to improve effectiveness in any market and in most situations.
Our creed while coaching and training is to help leaders and teams to discover their own optimum personal and team development processes, to refine their unique conflict management and problem-solving paradigms, and to become self-reliant in creating and maintaining continuous development of competence and excellence.
Common concepts applied:
- Sense of urgency in finding and exploiting new challenges
- Use of Transactional Analysis to achieve immediate results
- Gaining insight from the awareness of organisational structural dynamics and patterns
- Customised approach to organisational cultural development
Additionally, our broad experience in the fields of law, corporate affairs, human resources, and the public sector has proven to be a valuable asset in offering insight into the challenges faced by international organisations operating in Central Europe.
